At Krest Essentials UK, we partner with premium fulfillment centers to deliver high-quality luxury accessories and fashion to our customers across the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time

• Luxury Accessories (Watches, Jewelry, Handbags & Wallets): These items undergo a quality check and are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

• Fashion Apparel: Curated fashion pieces are dispatched within 2-4 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times We strive for efficient delivery for all our UK customers.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days. (Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive for speed, minor delays may occasionally occur.)

3. Secure & Multiple Shipments To ensure your items are handled with care, orders containing different types of products (e.g., a Watch and a Handbag) may arrive in separate, secure packages at different times. This allows us to ship each item from its specialized center as soon as it is ready.

4. Tracking Your Order Transparency is key. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order has multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking links for each.

5. Lost or Damaged Items Your investment is safe with us. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at krestessentialsuk@gmail.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
