Return and Refund Policy

At Krest Essentials UK, we take pride in the quality of our luxury collections. Whether it’s our precision-engineered watches, exquisite jewelry, premium apparel, or our sophisticated range of handbags and wallets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. 30-Day Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Hygiene & Luxury Item Exceptions To maintain the highest standards for our customers, the following rules apply:

  • Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

  • Watches, Handbags & Wallets: Must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all protective films, tags, and certificates of authenticity intact.

  • Apparel: Since many of our apparel items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: For items over £50 (such as our Luxury Watches, Handbags, or Wallets), we strictly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at krestessentialsuk@gmail.com with a clear photograph of the issue.

  • Note: Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. We will provide specific return instructions upon approval.

5. UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped within the UK, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and original packaging. (Note: Hygiene exceptions for earrings still apply).

6. Refunds Once we’ve inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
